J. Sagar Associates acted for Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”) in the sale one of its properties owned by it in Whitefield to Brigade Properties Private Limited.

JSA assisted HUL in conducting vendor due diligence, and also in negotiating and completing the sale transaction. The property is proposed to be developed by Brigade along with Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), through its affiliate.
