Hufriz Wadia has recently joined Juris Corp as a Partner. Hufriz has extensive experience in banking, corporate and dispute resolution arenas. Prior to joining Juris Corp, Hufriz worked with Al Tamimi & Company, a leading UAE law firm where she advised on conventional and Islamic financing transactions and structuring. While in India, Hufriz worked with Wadia Ghandy & Co. And Udwadia & Udeshi focusing on corporate commercial, litigation and banking. Mandates include advising on setting up a multinational wealth management company, licensing and registration requirements, opinions on FEMA, joint venture agreements and various corporate law issues. She also worked extensively on corporate litigations mainly in the High Court at Bombay and assisted on several international arbitrations. Hufriz is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, is a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and a Solicitor, England & Wales.
