Rhea focuses primarily on Litigation and Dispute Resolution for King Stubb & Kasiva. She has substantial experience in research revolving around the aspects of MoEF under the ambit of the Environment Protection Act 1986, mapping of Power Purchase Agreements, Drafting of Caveats, Contract Act 1872 guidelines, Speculations of Corruption in International Arbitration (Money laundering), Construction Arbitration, Maritime Arbitration, facets of Dispute Resolution- Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation & Negotiation. During her internship stint under the then President of SC Bar Association, Mr. Dushyant Dave she closely worked on the Mediation aspects of the Nirbhaya matter.
