Hammurabi & Solomon recently advised SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited with respect to installation and servicing of White Label or Third Party ATMs (WLA). The process involved drafting and implementation of various commercial agreements as well as strategic advisory pertaining to the installation of 9000 WLAs in various Tier I-VI cities across India, thereby, increasing the reach of ATMs in rural areas.
