Facebook acquires shares of Little Eye Software Labs Pvt. Ltd.

J. Sagar Associates advised Facebook in its first ever transaction relating to acquisition of shares of an Indian company, Little Eye Software Labs Private Limited (Little Eye), which is a Bangalore-based mobile software analytics company.
