Emerson Electric Co. sells 51% stake in Embedded Computing and Power business to Platinum Equity

J. Sagar Associates advised Emerson Electric Co. India Private Limited (EEC) in connection with the transfer of its embedded computing and power business to a new subsidiary of Emerson. This was part of a larger transaction where EEC sold 51% stake globally to Platinum Equity.
