Advised Prudential International Insurance Holdings Limited on the structure and transaction documentation in relation to the exit of DLF Limited from DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company Limited and entry of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited and its affiliates as shareholders of the JV Company.
