The firm has acted as the lenders’ legal counsel to the consortium of lenders, led by Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) Limited,for the financial assistance comprising of senior debt and subordinate/ quasi debt aggregating to INR 2968.00 Million. This financial assistance was extended to Sandla Wind Project Private Limited for part financing the cost of setting up 50.40 MWWind Power Project in the District of Anantpur, Andhra Pradesh.

The mandate included drafting of financing and security documents, conducting due diligence on the borrower, its promoters and project documents, and issuing opinions on the legal issues. The project team was led by Girish Rawat, Partner along with Senior Associate Sakshi Puliani, and Associate Shikha Singh.
