The firm acted as the legal counsel to the consortium of lenders, led by PTC India Financial Services Limited for a financial assistance of INR 178.00 Crores to Nirosha Power Private Limited, for setting up of a 30 MW Solar Power Project in Mahoba district, Uttar Pradesh. The firm advised on drafting of financing and security documents, conducting due diligence on the borrower, its promoters and project documents, title verification of the project land and other immovable securities, and issuing opinions on the legal issues. The project team was led by Girish Rawat, Partner along with Senior Associate SakshiPuliani, and Associate Shikha Singh.
