The Firm advised Power Finance Corporation Limited for additional financial assistance of INR 433.40 Million granted to Tehkhand Waste to Electricity Project Limited for the purpose of implementation of 25 MW integrated waste to energy project at Tehkhand, New Delhi.

The scope of work inter-alia included conducting due diligence of the borrower company, project documents and existing financing documents, drafting of the financing and security documents, resolutions, certificates, pre-commitment compliance report, pre-disbursement compliance report, reviewing title search report of the local counsel(s) and issuing opinion on the legal issues.
