The Firm advised PTC India Financial Services Limited for financial assistance of Rs. 250 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Crores Only) granted to Dilip Buildcon Limited for the purposes of undertaking/reimbursement of the capital expenditure incurred in the SPVs which have achieved financial closure and have obtained appointed date. The scope of work included conducting due diligence of the borrower company including the provisions applicable on a public company, review of financing and security documents related to its existing working capital facility and issuance of legal opinion.

The Firm is also in process of reviewing the financing and security documents of existing facilities and conducting title search of the immovable property of the borrower and review of title search report of the local counsel(s).
