The Firm advised PTC India Financial Services Limited for financial assistance of Rs. 78.48 Crores (Rupees Seventy Eight Crore and Forty Eight Lakh) granted to Amp Solar Urja Pvt Ltd, for the purposes of financing the Development, Construction and Operation of 20 MW (AC)/ 30 MW (DC) solar power project in Uttar Pradesh under Group captive mode. The scope of work inter-alia included conducting due diligence of the borrower company and the project documents, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team, drafting of resolutions, certificates, PCC and issuance opinion on the group captive status of the project and issuance of closing legal opinion.
