The Firm advised Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited for financial assistance ofRs. 34.51 Crores (Rupees Thirty Four Crores and Fifty One Lakhs Only) granted to V B Hydro ProjectsLimited, for the purposes of financing the of setting up 5 MW Kuwarsi Small Hydro Power (KSHP)Project at village Banoon, Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba, in the state Himachal Pradesh. The scope of work included conducting due diligence of the borrower company and the project documents, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team, drafting of resolutions, certificates, pre-commitment compliance report and issuance of closing legal opinion.
