The Firm advised Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited for financial assistance of INR 235.00 Million granted to Huoban Energy 7 Private Limited, for the purpose of developing, implementing and operating a 4.43 MW (6.64 MWp) solar photovoltaic power project being set up at Nagpur Village, Dhule District in the State of Maharashtra.

The scope of work inter-alia included conducting due diligence of the borrower company and the project documents, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team and their external counsel, drafting of the financing and security documents, resolutions, certificates, precommitment compliance report, pre-disbursement compliance report, reviewing title search report of the local counsel(s) and issuance of closing legal opinion.
