Dhir & Dhir Associates advised Tata Cleantech Capital Limited in the following two project finance matters: For financial assistance of INR 135.00 Crores (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty-Five Crores) granted to Amp Solar Technology Two Private Limited, for the purposes of financing 45 MWDC Captive Projects in Karnataka having Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with various offtakers. For financial assistance of INR 53.07 Crores (Rupees Fifty-Three Crores and Seven Lakhs) granted to AMP Energy Green Eleven Private Limited, for the purposes of financing 16.00 MWDC Captive Projects in Maharashtra having Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Cipla Limited.

The scope of work inter-alia included conducting limited due diligence of the project documents with respect to the assignment, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team, drafting of resolutions, certificates, PCC and issuance opinion on the group captive status of the project and issuance of closing legal opinion.
