The Firm advised PTC India Financial Services Limited for financial assistance of Rs. 111.50 Crores granted to Clean Wind Power (Anantapur) Pvt Ltd, for the purposes of refinancing the existing indebtedness of the project viz. 27.3 MW wind project in Telangana. The scope of work inter-alia included conducting due diligence of the borrower company and the project documents, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower 60 | Lex WITNESS | September 2021 team, drafting of resolutions, certificates, PCC and issuance of closing legal opinion. The Firm is also in process of conducting title search of the immovable property of the borrower and review of title search report of the local counsel(s).
