The Firm has acted as the Lender’s legal counsel to the consortium of lenders led by L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited on the financial assistance of INR 1060.00 Million to Focal Energy Solar One India Private Limited for the purposes of refinancing part of the outstanding project debt of 20 MW operational solar power project in Sitamau, Madhya Pradesh.

Girish Rawat, Partner led the Firm’s banking, finance and capital market team on the above transaction. The other team members included SakshiPuliani, Senior Associate, Shikha Singh, Associate and Varun Chauhan, Associate. The work included drafting of the financing and security documents and issuing opinion on the legal issues.
