The Firm advised PTC India Financial Services Limited for financial assistance of Rs. 280.88 Crores(Rupees Two Hundred Eighty Crores and Eighty Eight Lakhs Only) granted to Karmala Road ProjectPrivate Limited, for the purposes of financing the construction, operation and maintenance of existing road from design km 38.775 (Ghogargaon) to design km 80.390 (Ahmednagar-Solapur Border) (Approx. 41.615 km) on Ahmednagar-Mirajgaon-Karmala–Tembhurni section of National Highway no 561A in the State of Maharashtra by Four Laning thereof on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana. The scope of work included conducting due diligence of the borrowercompany and the project documents, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team, drafting of resolutions, certificates, pre-commitment compliance report and issuance of closing legal opinion.
