The Firm advised Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited for granting financial assistance of Rs. 78.64 Crores (Rupees Seventy-Eight Crores and Sixty-Four Lakhs Only) approx. under its guaranteed emergency credit line scheme granted to four SPVs of Abellon Cleanenergy Limited, for the purposes of financing 52.20 MW waste to energy power projects in the state of Gujarat in order to overcome the COVID-19 related impact and meet their operational liabilities.

The scope of work inter-alia included drafting of transaction documents, finalising the security structure with the term lenders, drafting of resolutions, certificates and issuance of closing legal opinion.
