The Firm has advised Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited for financial assistance of INR 981.9 Million granted to ETO Mobility Services Private Limited, for the purposes of procurement of 2350 Commercial 3W/4W electric vehicles (+/-10% variation) for onward lease to ETO Motors Private Limited

The scope of work inter-alia includes conducting limited due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team, drafting of resolutions, certificates, pre-commitment compliance report, pre-disbursement compliance report and issuance of closing legal opinion.
