The Firm advised Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited for additional financial assistance of INR 311.90 Million granted to V B Hydro Projects Limited for the purpose of setting up of 9.9 MW Kuwarsi Small Hydro Power (KSHP) Project at Village Banoon, Tehsil Bharmour, District Chamba, in the state of Himachal Pradesh.

The scope of work inter-alia included conducting supplementary due diligence of the borrower company, project documents, drafting of the financing and security documents, resolutions, certificates, pre-commitment compliance report, pre-disbursement compliance report, reviewing title search report of the local counsel(s) and issuing opinion on the legal issues.
