The Firm advised International Recreation and Amusement Limited on the structuring of transactions pertaining to the development of an amusement park across an area of around 42 acres in Gurugram on DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer) basis. The scope of work included drafting, reviewing, vetting of Transaction Documents including the Operations & Management Agreement, Collaboration Agreement, etc. Additionally, the firm deliberated on various legal issues concerning the structuring of the transaction.
