The Firm has acted as the Lenders’ Legal Counsel to the consortium of lenders, led by IREDA Limited for the financial assistance of INR 1050.30 Million to Today Clean Energy Private Limited for part financing the cost of implementing 20 MW Solar PV Power Project at Village Kankdel, District Agar Malwa, in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Girish Rawat, Partner led the Firm’s banking, finance & capital market team on the above transaction. The scope of work included drafting of financing and security documents, conducting due diligence on the borrower, its promoters and project documents, and issuing opinions on the legal issues.
