The Buyback Offer opened on September 19, 2016 and closed on September 30, 2016.The team advised MOIL Limited and the manager to the Buyback viz. IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited on various transaction related issues from time to time. The assignment also included drafting of public announcement, various communications with the stock exchanges and the regulator.
