Dhir & Dhir Associates advised a consortium of lenders led by L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited on one of the largest refinance transaction in the Renewable Energy Space in India. The consortium of lenders lead by L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited provided financial assistance aggregating upto INR 8020.00 Million to the SPVs of NSL Renewable Power Private Limited inter-alia to refinance their existing project loans. The said SPVs are collectively operating renewable power projects of 132 MW at various part of the country.

Girish Rawat, Partner led the Firm’s banking, finance & capital market team on the above transaction. The other team member included Sakshi Puliani, Senior Associate and Shikha Singh, Associate. They advised the consortium of Lenders on various transaction related issues, from time to time and drafted the necessary documents in the matter.
