The firm acted as the Lenders’ Legal Counsel for Tata Cleantech Capital Limited in relation to the financial assistance comprising of rupee term loan facility of INR 5.75 Crores availed by Jakson Solar Private Limited for the purpose of developing, constructing and operating the 1.455 KW solar rooftop power project at 10 (ten) locations of Central Public Works Department (CPWD) in Delhi and Haryana. The transaction includes the drafting of financing and security documents, conducting due diligence, and issuing legal opinions etc. Girish Rawat, Partner led the firm’s banking and project finance team on the above transaction.
