The Firm advised Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited for financial assistance of Rs. 100 Crores (Rupees Hundred Crores Only) granted to Ostro Renewables Private Limited, for the purposes of re-financing the existing loan availed by the company for its 25.6 MW power project situated at Jaisalmer District, in the State of Rajasthan, India. The scope of work inter-alia included conducting limited due diligence of the project documents, drafting of transaction documents, negotiation with the borrower team, drafting of resolutions, certificates, and issuance of closing legal opinion.
