The firm advised INR Energy Ventures wrt acquisition of the entire shareholding in Mamadapur Solar Pvt Ltd. The company is engaged in the implementation of the 15 MW solar power project allotted at Madagundai, Shegunashi and Mamadapur Villages, Karnataka. The Firm further advised INR Energy Ventures and Mamadapur Solar Power P rivate Limited on the aggregation of land admeasuring 65 acres (approx.) for setting up of Solar Power P rojects. The scope of work included drafting of Securities Purchase Agreement, ancillary documents, conducting due diligence on the target companies, its project documents, consents, licenses of the project and assisting in completing the closing actions for effective transfer of securities from shareholders of the target companies or its group entities. It also included conducting the title verification of the land parcels and advisory on various legal issues concerning acquisition of the said land.
