Dhir & Dhir Associates has acted as legal advisors to IREDA for the limited due diligence documentation pertaining to the financial assistance of up to INR 1180.38 Million and INR 1250.81 Million sanctioned to Goodwatts WTE Vadodara Private Limited and Goodwatts WTE Rajkot Private Limited respectively (a wholly owned subsidiary of Abellon Clean Energy Limited) for wholly-owned and implementing a 14.90 MW waste to energy power project each on design, construction, operate and maintenance basis at Makarpura, Vadodara District and village Nakrawadi, Rajkot District in the State of Gujarat.

The team included Girish Rawat, Partner, Amit Prakash, Principal Associate, Mr. Ujjwal Kumar, Senior Associate and Mr. Vaibhav Srivastav, Associate. The scope of work included conducting limited due diligence of the project, drafting of the financing and security documents and issuing, opinion on the legal issues.
