The Firm advised consortium of financial institutions lead by Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) and Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) for drafting the transaction documents for granting financial assistance of Rs. 82.61 Crore to Goodwatts WTE Jamnagar Private Limited for the purposes of re financing the existing indebtedness of project viz. 7.5 MW Waste to Energy Project based on MSW/ RDF at Navgaam village, Jamnagar District of state Gujarat. The scope of work inter-alia included drafting and finalising the transaction documents, conducting due diligence on the borrower company and its project documents, drafting of resolutions, certificates etc. and issuance of closing legal opinion.
