Samta is a seasoned IP attorney with over 20 years of experience advising leading domestic and multinational companies on trademark protection and enforcement. She is known for her strategic approach and strong portfolio management skills, with particular expertise in international registrations under the Madrid system, nontraditional trademarks, and IP assignments and licensing. She heads the Firm’s industrial designs practice, representing clients across automotive, engineering, fashion, and medical sectors. Samta serves as Chair of INTA’s Non Traditional Marks Committee and is actively involved with MARQUES and PTMG. She also engages with the Trade Marks Office on policy and procedural matters.
