J. Sagar Associates represented CR Asia PTE. Limited, Singapore in its acquisition of the balance 40% ownership in Contract Resources Petrochem Services (India) Private Limited (CRPS) from Skynet Worldwide Express Private Limited and other Individual shareholders.

CRPS is engaged in the business of providing Chemical & Mechanical Engineering Services in India, and has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of CR Asia PTE. Limited, Singapore.

The JSA team comprised of M&A Partner Sandeep Mehta and Senior Associate Neha Bhatia.
