Alka Mehta

Alka is an associate at TMT Law Practice and comes with over 3 years of work experience in the Media and Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law. She graduated from Pravin Gandhi College of Law and went on to pursue her masters in Intellectual Property Laws from Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS. She has also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Media Laws from NALSAR University. She started her career at a boutique trademark law firm. Prior to joining TMT Law Practice, she was a part of an upcoming production house, where she worked extensively on drafting and negotiating artist and vendor agreements, MOUs, production agreements, cease and desist notices, agreements/documents for acquisition, syndication and distribution deals for all kinds of platforms. In her free time, Alka enjoys reading and writing.
