J. Sagar Associates advised Cinepolis Mexico, in its 100% acquisition of Fun Multiplex Private Limited (Fun Multiplex); through its Indian subsidiary Cinepolis India Private Limited (Cinepolis India); by acquiring the stakes from Mr. Atul Goel, E-City Real Estate Private Limited & E-City Investments and Holdings Company Private Limited, the selling shareholders in Fun Multiplex.

Both Cinepolis India and Fun Multiplex are engaged in the business of cinema exhibition including running, conducting, operating and managing multiplex theatres in India.
