J. Sagar Associates (JSA) has recently advised Bureau Veritas Group on the acquisition of 100 per cent ownership in Bhagavathi Ana Labs Private Limited (BHAGAVATHI) from the Indian resident shareholders. Bhagavathi is engaged in testing, analysis and quality assurance system businesses.

The JSA team comprised of M&A Partner – Sandeep Mehta and Associates – Malav Shah and Yashodhara Ghorpade. The Indian resident shareholders of Bhagavathi were represented by their in-house team.
