J. Sagar Associates advised the Promoters of Hexaware Technologies Limited led by Atul Nishar in a consolidated stake sale of 41.47% of Hexaware by the Promoters and GA Global Investments Limited to entities of Baring Private Equity Asia Limited.

Pursuant to this, Baring has made an open offer under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations, 2011, to acquire 26% of the shareholding of Hexaware

The total deal size assuming full acceptance of the open offer would amount to approximately Rs. 2,744.85 Crores.
