AZB & Partners represented FIH Mauritius Investments Limited (“FIHM”), a Fairfax group entity in the acquisition of an additional 10% of equity share capital by FIHM from Bangalore Airport & Infrastructure Developers Private Limited (BAIDPL), forming part of the GVK group.
