AZB & Partners has recently advised Xander and its affiliates for subscription of listed debt securities in the form of non convertible debentures (NCDs) of an amount up-to INR 280 Crores issued by Sinew Developers Private Limited, a Kumar Group company. The issuance of NCDs was made through private placement. The NCDs are listed at BSE.

The issuer company, Sinew Developers Private Limited, is engaged in business of real estate development and construction and undertaking a residential project in Pune.
