AZB & Partners advises TS Global Holdings for the Sale of (i) its entire equity stake (100%) in NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd; and (ii) 67.9% stake in Tata Steel (Thailand) Public Company Ltd, to a company in which 70% equity shares will be held by an entity controlled by HBIS and the balance 30% will be held by TSGH.

A company in which 70% equity stake is held by HBIS Group Co. Ltd. (HBIS) and the balance 30% is held by TSGH.

Total consideration for the deal is for USD 327 Million/INR 23.2 Billion.
