AZB & Partners advised Reliance Industries in Rights issue of up to 42,26,26,894 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of INR 10 each of RIL for cash at a price of INR 1,257 per rights equity share (including a premium of INR 1,247 per Rights Equity Share) aggregating to approx. INR 531.24 Billion to the eligible equity shareholders of the Issuer.
