AZB & Partners advised International Finance Corporation in a loan of BDT 800 Million extended by IFC to each of the PRAN Agro Limited and Natore Agro Limited. The proceeds of these facilities are proposed to be utilized by the PRAN Agro Limited and Natore Agro Limited to finance their respective incremental working capital requirements.
