Tata Capital Healthcare Fund II is registered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternate Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 as a Category II Alternate Investment Fund, acting through its trustee, Tata Trustee Company Private Limited, represented by Tata Capital Limited, the investment manager.

Total consideration for the deal was for USD 10 Mn/ INR 749 Mn.
