AZB & Partners advises BNP Paribas Cardif in acquisition by the CA Emerald Investments, an affiliate of The Carlyle Group of 9% of the paid-up equity share capital of the SBI Life Insurance Company from the Seller.

The total consideration of the deal was worth USD 678 Million / INR 47.5 Billion.
