AZB & Partners advised in the acquisition by Colour Bidco Limited of the entire issued share capital of Moorepay Group Limited and NorthgateArinso UK Limited; and Colour Bidco (US), Inc.’s acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Pro IV Technology, LLC (together with Moorepay Group Limited and NorthgateArinso UK Limited and each of their respective subsidiaries. This involved acquisition by Bain Capital of the payroll and HR software solutions provider NGA UK from its parent company NGA Human Resources.
