The firm advised Asian Development Bank in relation to its partnership with the HSBC to establish a USD 100,000,000 (United States Dollars One Hundred Million) partial guarantee program to support more than 400,000 micro-borrowers and mostly women-run microenterprises across India. Total consideration was for INR 8 Bn / Approx. USD 100 Mn.
