AZB & Partners advised Advent International Corporation in the sale of human pharmaceutical division of TTKH, to BSV Pharma Private Limited, which on the completion date, would be controlled by an affiliate of Advent International Corporation.

BSV Pharma Private Limited (which would be an entity controlled by Miransa Limited (an affiliate of Advent International Corporation) on the Completion Date.). Total Consideration of dead is for INR 8 billion / approx. USD 105 Million. Transaction involved Partners Zia Mody, Darshika Kothari, Divya Mundra and Senior Associate Devika Nayak.
