AZB & Partners advised Accion Digital Transformation Fund, LP and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America on the sale of their minority stake in IKF Finance Limited to Creador VI L.P. The transaction was signed on October 22, 2025 and completed on November 11, 2025.

IKF Finance Limited is a non-banking financial company engaged in asset backed financing solutions in India. The transaction involved a consideration of in excess of USD 50 million and represented a successful exit for Accion Digital Transformation Fund and its co-investor. The deal received significant attention and was reported by leading financial and private equity publications.
