AZB & Partners recently advised the Xander Group with respect to their joint venture with APG Group in Singapore with the Xander Group owing 23% (twenty three percent) and the APG Group owing 77% (seventy seven percent) in the joint venture company. The joint venture company, along-with its subsidiaries, has acquired 100% equity shareholding and other securities of Indian companies owing integrated retail mails/ shopping complexes.
