AZB & Partners advised WestBridge Crossover Fund, LLC and Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings for the acquisition of approximately 10% of the fully diluted equity share capital of Mayur Uniquoters Limited. The Firm was involved in providing regulatory advice to Westbridge Crossover Fund, LLC and Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings as well as reviewing and negotiating transaction documents on behalf of Westbridge Crossover Fund, LLC in relation to the acquisition. Partner Srinath Dasari & Associates Nanditha Gopal & Deepayan Das were involved in the transaction of approximately INR 1.10 billion (approximately USD 18.40 million).
