Purchase of identified assets of IdeaObject Software Private Limited by Telstra Health through its Indian subsidiary, Telstra India Private Limited (“Telstra India”) and its Australian subsidiary, A.C.N. 602 764 438 Pty Limited (“Telstra Australia”).

Telstra Health, the e health business unit of Australia’s telecom firm Telstra Corp., has acquired the business of Chennai based health software solutions provider, IdeaObject Software Pvt Ltd, for an undisclosed amount.

Post acquisition, the IdeaOject’s business, along with the business of Cloud9 (an Australian e health cloud software firm which it acquired recently), will be integrated into Telstra Health. AZB & Partner’s team comprised of Partner Srinath Dasari and Associate Veena Ganesh.
